All of our products are single-ingredient, freeze-dried natural dog treats. Our products are intended as treats and/or rewards to pets on a balanced diet and they can not be used as a complete meal replacement. Always consult your veterinarian before introducing new foods, especially if your pet has allergies, dietary restrictions, or existing health conditions. We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients and recommended daily consumption, however response may vary depending on your pet's individual health, breed, age, and dietary needs.

4. Orders & Pricing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Simple as life should B is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping FAQ for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Opened or partially used products cannot be returned due to the nature of our food products. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us at customerservice@simplebtreats.com within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our full Return Policy for details.

7. Health Disclaimer

Simple as life should B products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition in animals. Always seek the advice of a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet's health and diet.
