1. Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders. Check our current promotions at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at customerservice@simplebtreats.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to locate your shipment.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at customerservice@simplebtreats.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Simple as life should B is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
