SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Overview

Simple as life should B offers subscription options that allow you to receive your favorite freeze-dried natural dog treats on a recurring basis at a discounted rate. This policy outlines how to manage or cancel your subscription.

2. How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account at simplebtreats.com and managing your subscription from your account dashboard
  • Emailing us at customerservice@simplebtreats.com with your order number and cancellation request

We ask that cancellations be submitted at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order.

3. Cancellation Effective Date

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to receive any orders that have already been processed or shipped prior to your cancellation request.

4. Refunds on Subscriptions

If a subscription order has already been processed and shipped, it is subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy. We are unable to cancel or refund orders that are already in transit.

5. Pausing Your Subscription

Not ready to cancel? You can pause your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. This allows you to skip a delivery without losing your subscription discount.

6. Reactivating a Cancelled Subscription

You're always welcome back! You can reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time by visiting simplebtreats.com and signing up again.
