What is your return policy?

We want you and your pup to be completely happy with your order! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@simplebtreats.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Can I return opened or partially used products?

Due to the nature of our all-natural food products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used items. However, if there's an issue with your product's quality, please reach out and we'll make it right!

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.

What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?

We're so sorry if that happened! Please contact us at customerservice@simplebtreats.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return necessary.

Do you cover return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, in which case we'll provide a prepaid return label.
