When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way!

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. You can also log into your account on our store to view your order status.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. 

What are your shipping holidays?

We do not process or ship orders on the following US federal holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Orders placed on or around holidays may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience!

I made a mistake when placing my order. Can I change it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Reach out to us at customerservice@simplebtreats.com and we'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships. Once an order has been shipped, we're unable to make changes.
